Breakfast

  • Breakfast will be walk through with crustless quiche, fruit medley, sweet bread assortment, potatoes O’Brian, orange juice or apple juice and coffee or tea.

  • Buffalo Burger
    A five-ounce patty of ground Buffalo cooked to medium temperature on a grilled Kaiser Roll served with Coleslaw and a fresh fruit garnish.

 

  • Grilled Chicken Breast over Bay Leaf Caesar Salad
    Chicken Breast atop the Bay Leaf Caesar Salad… we make the dressing right here in the Bay Leaf… we use no MSG… our Romaine lettuce has no preservatives… our salad is big, healthful and delicious… served with an Herb Rolls hand-kneaded, raised and baked by French.

 

  • Dessert
    Our chef will surprise you with his double chocolate cake with fudge frosting… and he will top it with bit of iced cream, and yup, more chocolate drizzled on the top. Or you may get a piece of the best carrot cake you have ever tasted with just a dollop of vanilla ice cream to spoil you. You may be surprised because we say dessert is the chef’s choice and you will not be disappointed.

Dinner

  • Top Sirloin Beef Steak
    You are in the Midwest and we believe in beef. The Bay Leaf Chefs, brothers French and John, will prepare your sirloin steak perfectly. All steaks are prepared medium to medium rare. Your meal will begin with our Caesar Salad. Your steak will be served with a potato, vegetables medley, and French’s Herb Roll… the finale will be a special dessert from our Chef.

 

  • Walleye Filet
    Walleye is a fine white fish that does not have the strong fish taste and has become a favorite on our menu. Your Walleye will be prepared lightly breaded with our panko crumbs and baked. Your meal will begin with our Caesar Salad. The rice pilaf is delicious and just right with this delicate fish. Vegetables medley and French’s Herb Roll will accompany your meal but save room for our Chef’s special dessert.

 

  • Chicken Bleu
    Your moist, tasty Chicken Bleu entrée is proof that those Bryan Boys can even cook that fancy French cuisine. Your dinner will include our Caesar Salad, rice pilaf, vegetable medley and French’s Herb Roll. Our chef is going to have a wonderful dessert for the finale of your dinner.
