Each year at this time French & Johnny put together a menu that is sure to delight all!
This year the menu includes:
Florida Crab Cakes With Key Lime Aioli
Spicy vegetables and Conch meat with Island herbs
Grapefruit & Mango Salad
Blend of Baby Greens & Spinach tossed in a Mango Vinaigrette
Jerk seasoned and served with Key Lime Burr blanc
Encrusted in Horseradish, sautéed and served with Chive Oil over Garlic Mashed Potato
Conch stuffed lobster tail with drawn butter
